The Mia & Tiago Educator’s Guide is a companion to the Mia & Tiago Six Secrets of Successful Startups book series. The six secrets are simple, yet powerful principles used by expert entrepreneurs to increase their chances of launching successful businesses. 

Known as “effectuation,” these principles are typically taught by Professor Saras Sarasvathy to MBA students at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, yet they are learnable by anyone. The Mia & Tiago series makes these research-based principles accessible for students 5–10 years old. 

The guide includes detailed lesson plans for each of the six Mia & Tiago books.
